Now this here is what you call a fantasy role-playing game, and not only that, I reckon it's the best one that anyone's ever written. Best of all, it's released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, so it's completely free and anyone can make or do anything they want with this game. I promise it will always be that way.

Featuring:

  • 11 playable classes!
  • 7 playable species!
  • satanism!
  • Advanced Tactical Warfighting Rules!
  • Public domain art!
  • Art is Courtesy of the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC!

Please don't pay the asking price for this game, I already have enough money. If you give me your money, I will spend it on imported licorice and beers that come in pretty cans but don't taste very good.

You went to so much effort for the bit and I’m absolutely here for it. Incredible game.

When will you release 5e 2? Or will it be called One 5e?

Effing Great game. I like it and love it. Will submit on the Jam, too

The sixth E is for (v)Ery good!

This game really makes you feel like a 5e

This really is the fifth edition of a game, and it’s probably the best edition of that game. I’m sure that I’ll enjoy being stuck with it for the rest of my life.

This game is really gaming

I have been a roleplaying game fan since 1947, back when the only system was GURPS.

I've always wanted a magical magic game where I could be a hot person who does murder and colonialism. Now it's finally here! Thank you Lyme for making my dreams come true

I wish I could rate this game twice. Immediately upon opening the fairly priced pdf I could tell ... this was certainly one of the games out there ... and I can't resist spending the rest of my life playing only this. It is as close to perfection as a 90ies game development ideas can get.

Only thing I am missing is a specific, hyper detailed satanism section that caters to my needs specifically.

0/10 I am offended and I will never touch a TTRPG again!

C'mon dude, I gave you 10% off your satanism...

I've heard a lot about 5E, but always thought it was way too popular to be any good, so I stuck to more vibe-based and two-or-fewer-stat games. Now that I've read it, I know I was wrong. This is truly inspired. One of the best dang games I've ever had the pleasure of reading. Big recommend.

is this that 5E thing I've heard the kids talking so much about?

(+3)

It certainly is!
