The Panopticon Will Fall

TPWF is a narrative game where everyone plays dissident factions who need to work together to slip things past the watchful eyes of the Overseer, but some may need to make more sacrifices than others. It works best with 4-6 players, but can be played with as few as three, or as many as you can fit in reasonable conversation distance. While it is not, strictly speaking, an RPG, it gives players a lot of opportunities to roleplay faction leaders and create stories about a world in the midst of a sudden political change.
